Build a Motor-Driven Metal V8 Engine Model
The TECHING DM118 metal V8 engine model kit turns the engineering of a classic eight-cylinder layout into a detailed hands-on building experience. Assemble more than 500 individually labelled components to create an impressive mechanical display measuring 198 × 170 × 180 mm.
Precision-cast anodized aluminum alloy and stainless steel give the completed model realistic weight, visible mechanical detail and a premium industrial finish. Every major assembly contributes to the final mechanism, from the two cylinder banks and crankshaft to the exposed timing system and blue pulleys.

An electric motor inside the starter-motor housing drives the completed model through a simulated four-stroke cycle. Open mechanical sections allow you to observe the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, valve trains, timing chains and pulleys moving together.
This is an electrically powered demonstration model rather than a fuel-burning combustion engine, making it suitable for displaying and operating indoors.
An Advanced Build with Everything Organized
The 500+ labelled components arrive arranged in protective foam trays with a full-color instruction manual and the necessary assembly tools. Most builders should allow approximately five hours, although the exact time depends on experience and working pace.
The included 3.7V 800mAh rechargeable battery powers the finished mechanism, and a USB charging cable is supplied. Recommended for ages 14 and over, the DM118 is best suited to patient builders, automotive enthusiasts, engineers and mechanical-model collectors.
