2. Notice
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt.
- Estimated Arrival Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or special occasions (e.g., Mother’s Day, Christmas), shipping may take an additional 3 - 4 business days.
- Customs Policy: Due to customs restrictions, items such as glue, batteries, wax, or pigment may not be included in your package.
3. Orders Tracking
- Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email confirming your order details.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email, which includes:

- Logistics tracking information may not update immediately after your package is shipped. Please allow some time for processing.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check your property (doorsteps, yard, etc.).
- Ask your neighbors or family members.
